Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Gregory Banchy, CELA*

Attorney with Banchy Law Center LLC

Mr. Banchy’s main areas of practice include Estate planning, Elder law, and Probate. He is currently a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association. Mr. Banchy is also certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He has been active in the elder law community for many years, serving on the Board of Directors for the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is a past President and current member of the Board of the WI Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Mr. Banchy also previously served on the Board of Directors for Wispact, an organization which serves the needs of the special needs community in Wisconsin. He earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.

Kirsten L. Hildebrand

Ms. Hildebrand strives to provide compassionate service to her clients in a resourceful, efficient, and fair manner. Her areas of practice include Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Estate Administration, Family Law, Business Planning & Litigation and Real Estate. Ms. Hildebrand is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Lawyers With Purpose, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She has held her real estate broker’s license since 2006 and received the Women in Law Award in 2011. Ms. Hildebrand earned her B.A. degree from Trinity University, and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Stacy A. Vogeltanz

Ms. Vogeltanz main areas of practice include Estate Planning, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Ms. Vogeltanz is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
