Mr. McClintock is a certified value specialist (Life) responsible for management and performance of value management (VM) and engineering (VE) services, including VE/VM studies, Value Methodology Fundamentals I (VMF1) VE training workshops, functional performance specification (FPS), and extended VM programs. With 40 years of VE/VM experience, he has incorporated the use of risk management into his VE/VM workshops plus leading-edge consensus-building techniques such as project performance criteria and measures and cumulative cost and risk FAST diagrams. With 47 years of overall experience, Mr. McClintock has worked with Faithful+Gould for 26 years. He has balanced cost and quality in over 435 VE/VM studies to identify value improvements of over $6 billion on projects totaling nearly $40 billion. He has trained over 500 personnel in SAVE Approved VM Training Workshops.
