Brian Arnold

Arnold Wadsworth & Coggins
Brian Arnold has substantial and extensive experience in the areas of family law and criminal defense. He has been voted to the top 2.5% of lawyers in Utah in the area of Family Law (Divorce) by Super Lawyers. Mr. Arnold has been featured on Big Talk 860 AM Radio answering family law questions and was an editor on the Utah Journal of Family Law where he works closely with judges and other attorneys in developing meaningful articles for Utah attorneys that practice family law. He has also recently been chosen to be an editor on the Utah Journal of Criminal Law. He received his undergraduate degree in English Literature. Mr. Arnold also practices in the areas of divorce, general family law, child custody, alimony, child support, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He has also appeared and argued in front of the Utah Court of Appeals on family law and criminal matters.

Angilee Dakic

Attorney, Pearson Butler
Angilee Dakic is an accomplished litigator, managing prominent cases and mastering arcane points of law and procedure. Over the past decade, her family law practice has included preparing pre-nuptial agreements, assisting clients going through divorce and child custody disputes, working as a guardian ad litem, and assisting clients to obtain delayed birth records, name changes, and guardianships. She also prepare wills, estate plans, handles probate matters, works on adoptions, and successfully litigates issues of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). Her track record in the Utah District Court, Utah Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court, and U.S. Supreme Court is notable. She humbly set the precedent of federal standards of reasonableness for unwed biological fathers seeking intervention in their child’s adoption proceedings. She also established precedent distinguishing voluntary and involuntary adoption status in ICWA cases. Ms. Dakic has litigated hundreds of business and intellectual property (IP) transactions, contracts, and torts, and successfully resolved disputes through mediation. She earned her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School and her B.A. degree from the University of California.

T. Jake Hinkins

Attorney, Anderson Hinkins
T. Jake Hinkins is the founder of Anderson Hinkins, LLC. His areas of practice include general litigation, business law and litigation, family law litigation, personal injury law, and wills and trusts. He finds satisfaction in helping his clients navigate the legal system to achieve the best possible solutions. Mr. Hinkins is a certified mediator in Nebraska and Utah. He is also a certified domestic mediator in Utah. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and his B.A. degree from Southern Utah University, magna cum laude. He also received his associate of science degree from Snow College. Mr. Hinkins is a member of the Utah State Bar Association, Aldon J. Anderson American Inn of Court, Utah Association for Justice and J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Colorado and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Rheané Swenson LPP. CP

Licensed Paralegal Practitioner, Peck Hadfield Baxter & Moore, LLC
Rheané Swenson has been a paralegal at Peck Hadfield Baxter & Moore since July 2015. Ms. Swenson is a general litigation paralegal and has worked in several different practice areas at Peck Hadfield; including litigation, entity law, estate law, trademark law, landlord tenant law, collections, and family law. She is a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner (LPP) with licensure in Family Law (temporary separation, divorce, parentage, cohabitant abuse, civil stalking, custody and support, and name change), Debt Collections, and Landlord/Tenant disputes. She is a Certified Paralegal (CP) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and recently earned her Associates Degree in Legal Studies from Southern Utah University. Ms. Swenson earned her Business Administration degree from the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.
