Continuing Education Credit Information
This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for up to 7.5 PDHs for professional engineers and land surveyors in most states, including Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. PDH determination is dependent upon the rules of each licensing board.

Daniel R. Burk
Founder and President of FnGravity LLCDaniel R. Burk is the founder and President of FnGravity LLC, a commercial drone services provider located in Northern Virginia. He received his FAA Part 107 UAS Commercial license 5 years ago, and was awarded an FAA Commercial/Instrument license in the 1990s. FnGravity provides mapping, modeling, inspection, photography, and videography services throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
In addition to his work with FnGravity, Daniel is an instructor with DARTdrones, a leading nationwide provider of public and private classes covering the basics of flying, passing the Part 107 exam, mapping, modeling, inspections, photography, and videography. He is also a retired attorney and mediator and a retired computer consultant.
Jonathan B. Rupprecht
Rupprecht Law, P.A.Jonathan B. Rupprecht is a practicing drone attorney, flight instructor (CFI/CFII), and commercial pilot with single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument ratings. He is the author of the book Drones: Their many Civilian Uses and the U.S. Laws Surrounding Them and contributed two chapters to Unmanned Aircraft in the National Airspace: Critical issues, Technology, and the Law, published by the American Bar Association. He is currently a contributor for Forbes.com—Aerospace & Defense and has been cited and quoted by Newsweek, Politico, NPR, Marketwatch, the Independent, Motherboard, and other sources. He assisted in the Taylor v. Huerta cases in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals which resulted in the FAA’s drone registration regulations being struck down as illegal and the RaceDayQuads LLC v. Dickson case challenging the remote ID regulations. Jonathan has helped clients obtain 130+ waivers (swarm, moving boat, over people, etc.), 54 airspace authorizations, 54+ exemptions, and 32 operating certificates.
