Course Description: This 6.5-hour course focuses on the provisions of and changes to construction contracts and as defined by AIA Document A201. This course begins with an overview of construction project management and the related contract documents before an in-depth discussion on changes to the work, the time and schedule, payments and completion, protection of people and property, insurance and bonds, defects and corrections of work, breaches of contract, and claims and disputes.
