Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Kevin R. Diamond

Eric Dobberstein

Mr. Dobberstein is a talented mediator, arbitrator and litigator with 36 years of experience. Tauri Parker

Certified Litigation Paralegal with McDonald Carano LLP, in Reno, NV

Ms. Parker joined McDonald Carano in 2023 as a certified Litigation Paralegal. Francesca M. Resch, Esq.

Certified Family Law Specialist at Gonzalez Law Firm, in Las Vegas, NV

Ms. Resch has been practicing since 2013. She obtained her bachelors degrees in Political Science and Drama from the University of California, Irvine, and attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After graduating, Ms. Resch was a judicial law clerk for a family court judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.
