Mr. Dobberstein is a talented mediator, arbitrator and litigator with 36 years of experience. Mr. Dobberstein has served as arbitrator and/or mediator in over 400 cases involving construction, personal injury, commercial and real property disputes. He started practicing law in 1989 and has received numerous accolades for his outstanding work as a trial lawyer. In fact, Mr. Dobberstein’s general trial practice has been quite impressive. Mr. Dobberstein has appeared in over 850 lawsuits consisting of construction, personal injury, commercial business issues, and domestic relations matters; he has served as legal counsel on construction projects ranging from $5,000 to $9.2 billion dollars. Some of these projects have included the construction for the Clark County School District, City of Henderson recreational center, MGM City Center, Station Casinos, Fontainebleau, Planet Hollywood, and numerous commercial private business centers, including auto malls, pools and residential, commercial, and industrial construction disputes. Ms. Mundy is a managing trial partner in the Las Vegas office of Messner Reeves, where her practice focuses on defense of high-profile and high stakes cases involving employment, professional and medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, hospitality/retail, tort liability, and business tort matters across Nevada. Known for her strategic insight and courtroom acumen, Ms. Mundy has earned a distinguished reputation for her skill in every phase of litigation—from jury selection to cross-examination to closing argument. Ms. Mundy regularly represents Fortune 500 companies, hospitality groups, and large employer associations in complex matters involving employment law, professional and medical malpractice, product and premises liability, and business torts. She has also defended brokers, medical providers, and major corporations across the state of Nevada in both state and federal courts. In addition to her trial practice, Ms. Mundy serves as outside general counsel for small to mid-sized businesses, providing day-to-day legal guidance and crisis management counsel on issues ranging from compliance to “bet-the-company” litigation.

Ms. Parker joined McDonald Carano in 2023 as a certified Litigation Paralegal. She focuses on complex litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigations, arbitrations, and internal investigations, working on behalf of public and private sector clients in the technology, financial services, local government, health care, and gaming industries.

As an experienced litigation paralegal, Ms. Parker works closely with lawyers to develop strategies through all stages of a lawsuit or investigation, and she regularly assists with drafting pleadings and discovery responses, conducting research, drafting motions, and hearing and trial preparation. Ms. Parker has also assisted clients with compliance matters involving state and federal regulatory requirements as well as developing information governance programs that address both U.S. and international data-privacy and data-protection laws and regulations.

As a veteran of the United States Air Force, Ms. Parker has been on many deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Global War on Terrorism. Ms. Parker brings a practical approach and valuable perspective gained from her military experiences.

Ms. Resch has been practicing since 2013. She obtained her bachelors degrees in Political Science and Drama from the University of California, Irvine, and attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After graduating, Ms. Resch was a judicial law clerk for a family court judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Ms. Resch is a skilled trial attorney and graduate of the National Family Law Trial Institute in 2017 where she worked directly with nationally renowned forensic, business, and child custody experts. Due to her experience and knowledge, Ms. Resch spoke for American Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the Forensic Valuation Services Conference and the Expert Witness Skills Workshop. Prior to partnering with Gonzalez Law Firm to run the family law department, Ms. Resch was a partner at Naimi & Cerceo, where she worked side by side with fellow specialists, as well as with Fellows with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
