Marlo Greer
Trial lawyer with Greer Law, in Denver, COMr. Greer is an accomplished trial lawyer who centers her practice in the area of serious personal injury. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle collisions, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, hospital negligence, slip and fall, and nursing home negligence. She provides aggressive and compassionate representation to individuals and families who have suffered injuries at the hands of others. Ms. Greer has been involved in numerous medical cases, including surgical malpractice, retained instrument cases, orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, gastrointestinal injuries, birth injuries, patient death, nursing errors, and mismanaged infections. Ms. Greer’s representation of her clients has resulted in settlements and verdicts ranging from five-figure cases to multi-million-dollar cases. There is no “small case” to her. Every case and every client is important. While in Law School, Ms. Greer suffered a spinal fracture after being thrown from a horse. This injury gave her first-hand experience regarding inappropriate medical care and dealing with insurance companies that put profits before people. Due to these experiences, Ms. Greer dedicates her practice to ensuring that her clients receive personal representation in the same manner that she would wish to be treated as a victim of negligent conduct. For her, every case deserves personal and professional attention. Ms. Greer has lived in Colorado most of her life, graduating from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1997 and receiving the Dean’s scholarship for academic achievement. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2001, earning the distinction of Student of the Year in the Student Law Office. During college and Law School, Ms. Greer focused on her trial skills by participating in mock trial competitions and by acting as a student lawyer for individuals accused of crimes who could not afford representation.

After passing the Colorado Bar Exam, he worked for a high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury firm. While there, he further developed his passion for his clients and their stories. However, Mr. Harpring never felt like the high-volume firm model was capable of giving clients the level of service they deserved. After leaving, he partnered up with Sean Dormer because they both shared a different vision for how to achieve the best results for each client individually. Instead of trying to fit every client into one method of practice, they work hard to tailor their work to each client’s specific needs.
