Tom Feher, Esq.

Mr. Feher’s firm specializes in litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and employment cases throughout California. He has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict with multiple seven and eight figures results, and has been honored with CAALA’s Rising Star Award in 2018, OCTLA’s Young Gun Award in 2017, and CAOC’s Street Fighter Award in 2016. W. Michael Hensley

Counsel with Frost Brown Todd, LLP, in Santa Ana, CA

With close to 40 years of experience helping his clients resolve disputes – through trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals – Mr. Hensley has argued cases before U.S. Supreme Court as well as all Southern California State and Federal courts. In addition, Mr. Hensley is often asked to assist clients across the country and as a result has made a number of pro hac vice appearances before various Federal and State courts throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has been involved in lawsuits related to a wide range of corporate disputes, from real estate, securities, and corporate governance issues, to trade secrets, employment matters, unfair competition, and California financing laws. He has significant experience defending class action lawsuits. Mr. Hensley has an active real estate and appellate practice covering both transactional and litigation matters: he’s helped clients structure and defend mechanics liens, purchase agreements, commercial leases, homeowner’s disputes, commercial common area maintenance disputes, subordination agreements, financing arrangements, and more. He regularly lectures at bar association and continuing education seminars on real estate, mechanics lien, and attorney fees issues. Mr. Hensley earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Guy Kornblum

Guy O. Kornblum, A Professional Law Corporation, in San Francisco, CA

Mr. Kornblum specializes in all types of civil litigation and representation of clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals, particularly all forms of insurance matters, personal and commercial (property and casualty, employment coverage, director’s and officer’s coverage, professional liability coverage, general commercial coverage as well as life, health and disability insurance; insurance “bad faith”; serious personal injury, professional liability, real estate, employment matters, and fraud claims involving employee welfare benefit plans, wrongful death and actions claiming punitive damages. He is Certified in Civil Trial Law and Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Kornblum earned his J.D. Degree from Hastings College of the Law University of California.

James C. Suits II

Chief Executive Officer, Suits Litigation, Inc., in San Jose, CA

Mr. Suits is the Chief Executive Officer of Suits Litigation, Inc., which is a personal injury law firm based in San Jose, California. Mr. Suits has been a practicing attorney for 20 years and focuses his practice on representing individuals who have been severely injured in a wide range of accidents. Mr. Suits also serves as a Mediator for the Civil Early Settlement Conference Program for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Before starting his own firm in 2012, Mr. Suits worked as an attorney for Robinson and Wood, Inc. and Tharpe and Howell, LLP. He also served as a Law Clerk for the Civil Liability Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997. He subsequently obtained his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 2003. Mr. Suits is a member of the State Bar of California.

Steven R. Young

Mr. Young has conducted almost 200 Civil Jury Trials during 37 years as a lawyer. In 2013, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association named him Trial Lawyer of the Year. He is a nationally certified Civil Trial Advocate (only 130 in California hold that credential) and is listed as a ” Top 100 Trial Lawyers.” Mr. Young has created a niche practice specializing in “last minute trials.” His trial experience covers all areas of law from class actions to a first in the nation trial against a hedge fund over municipal bond arbitrage derivatives to bad faith to business disputes to personal injury. He is a published author: “Medical Proof of Whiplash”, and two volumes on employment issues in his Legal Guides for the Little Guy, entitled “I Quit My Job!” and “Fired From My Job!” He also writes fiction and poetry in his free time. Mr. Young earned his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
