Mary Beall

Attorney, Perkins Coie LLP in Madison, WI
Ms. Beall focuses her practice on project development, primarily in the energy and infrastructure industries. She has been involved in negotiating contracts for investments in renewable energy projects and conducting due diligence review. In addition, Ms. Beall has negotiated asset purchase agreements for several hundred megawatts of wind and solar projects, and she has helped clients secure regulatory approvals to build over $500M worth of utility infrastructure in various states. These include transmission lines, wind farms, and solar facilities. She also counsels clients regarding compliance issues under the Clean Air Act (CAA), the State and Alternative Fuel Provider Fleet Program, and other state and federal energy and environmental statutes.

Anne Beaumont

Senior Counsel with the Environment, Energy & Resources practice at Perkins Coie LLP in San Diego, CA
Ms. Beaumont has extensive experience representing clients in environmental, regulatory and litigation matters involving natural resources, tribal issues, telecommunications, land use and the siting and defense of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. She represents utilities, energy developers, and others in the development of cutting-edge energy and infrastructure projects. Christina Bonanni

In her representation of both private and government clients, Ms. Bonanni analyzes international, federal and state environmental legal regimes and compliance, negotiates and drafts environmental covenants and land use restrictions and negotiates and develops environmental regulatory regimes. Stephanie Regenold

Ms. Regenold counsels clients on development of major infrastructure projects, including natural resource and renewable projects, highway and public and private transportation projects and commercial development. She advises on both public and private land development and multiple-use projects, from initiation through completion, including projects within the oil and gas, mining, timber, and renewable wind, solar and hydro industries. Julie Wilson-McNerney

Ms. Wilson-McNerney is of Counsel with Schwabe. She provides legal advice to public- and private-sector developers building commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in a wide range of settings, from high-density urban centers to remote rural areas and coastline zones. Ms. Wilson-McNerney also defend project approvals before local and state administrative review boards and in federal and state court, when necessary. Whether managing the interlocking pieces of generational infrastructure projects or landmark renovations, she leverages her network of consultant relationships to support strategic, efficient, and successful project development. Ms. Wilson-McNerney represents private and public owners and developers of large retail, office, sports and entertainment, industrial, energy, multifamily residential, and other commercial projects. These projects often entail navigating complex regulatory requirements; appropriately scaled environmental review; and thoughtful negotiations with agencies, Native American tribes, and project neighbors. She also collaborates with clients on water supply and water rights issues in project development and assists in land use, environmental, and water rights due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions. Ms. Wilson-McNerney earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
