Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Continuing Education Credit Information
This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 7.5 CLE
hours, including 2.0 ethics hour, for paralegals in North Dakota and South
Dakota. Paralegal certification is not required to participate in this course.
This course has been approved by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations
(NFPA) for 7.5 total CLE credits, which includes 5.5 general CLE credits and 2.0 ethics
CLE credits.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after
the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on
the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Speakers
Alisha Ankers
Attorney with Ankers LawMs. Ankers has been a practicing attorney since 1992, licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. She keeps offices in Fargo and Wishek, North Dakota. Ms. Ankers trained as an arbitrator with AAML in 2020. Using her arbitration skills has been an asset in her work as a parenting coordinator and parenting time expeditor. In addition to providing collaborative and mediation services for family law cases, she represents clients in custody matters, child support, divorce, paternal rights, adoptions and guardianships. She also conducts custody investigations and provides guardian ad litem services. She has experience in complex family law matters. Ms. Ankers is a member of the Cass County Bar, Clay County Bar, State Bar Associations of North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She has been named a Great Plains Super Lawyer and been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 2011. In 2015 she became certified as a Family Law Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Ankers has presented in seminars for the North Dakota Supreme Court, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, National Business Institute, and State Bar Association of North Dakota. She earned her B.A. degree from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota (1989) and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law (1992). Ms. Ankers lives near Argusville, North Dakota in their rural home, with her husband, horses, dog and various barn cats.
Darcie M. Einarson
President of Einarson Law Office, PCMs. Einarson has a wide variety of legal experience but mainly focuses her practice on divorce & other family court issues. She is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients in complex family litigation for over 30 years. Ms. Einarson has significant experience helping farmers and other business owners through the divorce process. She has helped thousands of clients through divorce, custody matters and premarital planning. Ms. Einarson’s undergraduate background is in Psychology and Education. She loves teaching her clients about the process and helping them come up with creative solutions. Ms. Einarson has also been a certified mediator since 1989, and is certified in Collaborative Law as an attorney and Divorce Coach. She has served as a prosecutor and was the Grafton Municipal Judge from 2008-2024. Ms. Einarson began practicing with Fleming, DuBois and Trenbeath in Cavalier, ND. She founded Einarson & Gaustad, PLLP in 1996 which became Einarson Law Office, PC in 2000. Darcie has served the northern valley for over 30 years. Ms. Einarson is licensed in ND, MN and Arizona. Einarson was the President of the State Bar Association of ND in 2017-2018. She is also a Past President of the ND Family Lawyers Section. Ms. Einarson (Seboe) grew up in Park River, North Dakota and obtained her college and law school education at the University of North Dakota. She calls Grafton home but has a large service area and often travels as much as two hours away for court appearances. Ms. Einarson has also experienced divorce after a long-term marriage. She has two grown children; Sydney is a shareholder and practices law with her. Landen is an infantryman and team leader in the 82nd Airborne Division. Ms. Einarson loves to golf, spend time on the water, cook and travel. She’s an avid UND fan and enjoys being a “fun Nana” to her grandchildren.
Mikayla Jablonski Jahner
Founder of New Innovations LawMs. Jablonski Jahner has spent more than a decade providing professional legal services to lower income clients and those who would otherwise not be able to afford to hire an attorney. A native of the Bismarck-Mandan community, She earned a bachelor’s degree from Minot State University and continued on to the University of North Dakota’s School of Law to earn her law degree. With her credentials secured, Ms. Jablonski Jahner began her legal career at Legal Services of North Dakota, a non-profit organization that provides legal services to low income and elderly North Dakotans. Serving those in greatest need has been her mission since day one.
Timothy C. Lamb
Owner of Lamb Law Office in Grand Forks, North DakotaMr. Lamb is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is a 20-year Army veteran and retired Major. Mr. Lamb left active-duty service to attend the UND Law School. He has served as a private practice attorney since 2010, appearing in front of the North Dakota Supreme Court for a number of cases.
Priscila Ulloa
Attorney SW and L AttorneysMs. Ulloa initially joined the firm as a law clerk in 2022 and is now an associate attorney in the Family Law department at SW&L Attorneys. She is dedicated to helping clients primarily with domestic matters such as custody, visitation, divorce, and contempt. Priscila is fluent in Spanish and has experience assisting individuals who speak little to no English. After her first year of law school, Ms. Ulloa was a summer judicial extern in Bismarck at the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. She worked in the chambers of Judge Daniel L. Hovland, Judge Daniel M. Traynor, and Magistrate Judge Clare R. Hochhalter. By her second year, Ms. Ulloa interned at a family law firm in Grand Forks, where she worked for a year and a half until her graduation in May of 2022. She was admitted to practice in North Dakota in 2023.
