Mr. Carroll joined Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow, as a principal (partner) in 2022. Mr. Carroll is dedicated to representing clients who have been severely injured in events that “never should have happened” because another person or company violated a known safety rule. He focuses his practice on representing people injured in construction site accidents, wrongful death cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle collisions.

In 2019, Mr. Carroll, as lead trial counsel, successfully obtained a jury trial verdict of $925,000 on behalf of his client, a construction worker who fell ten feet and crushed his heel bone when a subcontractor failed to install safety guardrails. He has tried, settled, mediated, and arbitrated many cases with substantial six-figure and seven-figure results for his clients.

Mr. Carroll was selected to the list of Massachusetts “Rising Stars” for 2019-2021, and to the list of MA Super Lawyers for 2022-2024. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), and Boston Bar Association (BBA). He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA).

Prior to joining Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow, Mr. Carroll spent years litigating personal injury and criminal cases, learning from excellent mentors and colleagues. He gained invaluable courtroom experience immediately after law school when he served as a public defender for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Ms. Kiley earned her J.D. at New England Law, Boston and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in June of 2011. Ms. Kiley is a California native who came to Massachusetts for law school. She earned her bachelors degree in Foreign Languages from West Virginia University in 2006.

During law school, Ms. Kiley worked for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination aiding clients in Employment law matters with early intervention mediation. She also worked for the New England Law Clinical Law Office representing clients in family law matters.

Prior to coming to Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, Ms. Kiley worked for another personal injury firm zealously representing clients in workers compensation, motor vehicle and general liability cases. Ms. Kiley continues to work in the workers compensation field at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers. Ms. Kiley works diligently each day to provide personal attention to each and every client.

Attorney Marion Moniz focuses her practice on representing individuals injured in car crashes, premises liability matters, and other personal injury cases throughout Massachusetts. Ms. Moniz represents clients through settlement negotiations and litigation, advocating for them at every stage of the legal process. Ms. Moniz earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2019. She graduated from Ithaca College with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Before joining Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, she worked at a boutique firm in Greater Boston, where she gained experience in personal injury, employment, and domestic relations law.

Growing up, Dr. Naranja was strongly influenced by his mother and father, both physicians who emigrated from the Philippines. The idea of helping those who have been injured became a passion that led to the pursuit of medicine and ultimately becoming a physician.

After obtaining his medical degree at Georgetown University and completing an orthopedic residency at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Naranja served as an officer and orthopedic surgeon in the United States Air Force. He received his honorable discharge in 2001. He later developed an active practice that included treating patients who sustained orthopedic trauma, degenerative conditions, occupational impairments and sports-related injuries. Dr. Naranja established himself as an expert through multiple publications related to orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Naranja then chose to pursue the practice of law. He obtained his law degree at Northeastern University, where he excelled and won multiple law school competitions. He then joined the Diller Law firm as an extension of his passion to help those who have become injured.
