Lorien K. Cole
Certified Family Law Specialist at Cole Family Law Firm in Las Vegas, NVIn May 2022, Ms. Cole opened Cole Family Law Firm, a boutique family law firm in Las Vegas. In addition to serving the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Ms. Cole also serves the Ely, Nevada, community and she has a second office there. Previously, Ms. Cole practiced with Willick Law Group, a premier Las Vegas family law firm, for seven years. She attended the Houston Family Law Trial Institute program in 2019 to build her trial advocacy skills, and she is well versed in complex litigation. Ms. Cole practiced in Elko, Nevada, from 2011-2015, and she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dan Papez and the Honorable Steve Dobrescu in the Seventh Judicial District Court of Nevada in White Pine, Lincoln, and Eureka Counties in 2010. Ms. Cole is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law where she earned a Cali Excellence Award in Legal Research and Writing. She is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada.
Saira Haseebullah, Esq.
Child Welfare Law Specialist at Kelleher & Kelleher, LLC in Henderson, NVMs. Haseebullah is a 2014 graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Haseebullah gained experience in the family law arena, externing at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, interning with the Honorable Judge William Gonzalez, and clerking at a local family firm where she worked with divorce, custody, and bankruptcy clients. Upon admission to the Nevada State Bar, Ms. Haseebullah accepted a position as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Frank P. Sullivan in the Family Division of the Eighth Judicial District, where she specialized in child abuse and neglect court. She later joined Kelleher and Kelleher, practicing domestic cases exclusively until 2018, when she began practicing in abuse and neglect matters. In 2022 Ms. Haseebullah was certified as a national specialist in child welfare law.
Francesca M. Resch, Esq.
Certified Family Law Specialist at Gonzalez Law Firm in Las Vegas, NVMs. Resch has been practicing since 2013. She obtained her bachelors degrees in Political Science and Drama from the University of California, Irvine, and attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After graduating, Ms. Resch was a judicial law clerk for a family court judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Ms. Resch is a skilled trial attorney and graduate of the National Family Law Trial Institute in 2017 where she worked directly with nationally renowned forensic, business, and child custody experts. Due to her experience and knowledge, Ms. Resch spoke for American Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the Forensic Valuation Services Conference and the Expert Witness Skills Workshop. Prior to partnering with Gonzalez Law Firm to run the family law department, Ms. Resch was a partner at Naimi & Cerceo, where she worked side by side with fellow specialists, as well as with Fellows with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
Lianna Urfalyan, Esq.
Attorney at The Abrams & Mayo Law Firm in Las Vegas, NVMs. Urfalyan has dedicated her entire legal career to complex divorce and child custody matters. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and is currently in the process of being certified as a family law specialist. She has co-authored the Hague Convention Chapter for the American Bar Association (ABA) in 2017; The Codex of Family Law Manual to assist new attorneys with specific statutes and case law for the Family Law Conference in Bishop, California, in 2018; the ABA publication for Foreign Discovery in 2020; and the State Bar of Nevada divorce information guide in 2023. She has also been distinguished by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada for her legal contributions and community service. In 2022, Ms. Urfalyan served as a co-instructor for a State Bar of Nevada Continuing Legal Education (CLE) class for over 50 family law attorneys. Attorney Urfalyan received her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2017. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Children and the Law, the Witkin Award for Family Law Procedure and Practice, and the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services by the State Bar of California.
