All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Continuing Education Information
This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 6.0 PDUs for land surveyors licensed in Missouri.
The Missouri APEPLSPLA Board does not approve continuing education activities for engineers; it is up to the licensee to determine whether the activity qualifies. The Missouri APEPLSPLA Board has approved this course for 6.0 PDUs for land surveyors.
The Missouri Bar has approved this course for 7.2 general CLE hours. Attendees should keep a personal record of attendance; sponsors do not submit certificates or attendance to the Bar.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Speakers
Brian J. Fischer, PLS
Director of Surveying with THD Design Group, Inc. in Chesterfield, MOMr. Fischer has over 30 years of experience in the survey field, performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an Oil and Gas services firm in southeast Texas. A former adjunct faculty member for the Engineering Department at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley, he holds professional land surveyor licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi and Texas.
