All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Dr. Alan Atalah, PhD, PE, ASCE Fellow

Construction Management Professor at Bowling Green State University Professor

Dr. Atalah has taught and mentored hundreds of construction management students since 2000. He has written many peer-reviewed-journal and conference papers. Dr. Atalah has made hundreds of construction management presentations in many national and international conferences and educational seminars. He has been involved in the construction of water and wastewater projects since 1984. Dr. Atalah earned a Doctor of Engineering, MS in Civil Engineering, and MBA degrees from Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA. After his graduation with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1982, he worked for American and British companies on the construction of wastewater projects in very challenging conditions such as high ground water table, stratified soils, unknown utilities, congested streets, and nearby high-rise buildings. He also worked on the construction of water and wastewater projects in very challenging conditions such as tunneling in very sensitive tourism and commercial areas where construction disturbance must be minimized on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
