Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. Ms. Baker has 26 years of experience in the environmental field, including 6 years in State Government, and 20 years of consulting. In 2015, she founded Little River Consultants, a natural resources firm serving Indiana and surrounding states. Her areas of expertise include wetland and stream assessment, mitigation design and monitoring, habitat assessment, Clean Water Act permits, stormwater quality, and National Environmental Policy Act. As a consultant, Ms. Baker’s clients have included local, state, and federal government agencies, private developers, and a multitude of engineering firms.

Brianna J. Schroeder

Ms. Schroeder focuses her legal practice on litigating complex environmental matters, drafting contracts for agribusinesses and family farms, and assisting agricultural clients with regulatory compliance. She has diverse agricultural experience, from defending turkey and dairy farms against nuisance suits to negotiating farm leases and advising farmers on wetlands compliance. Ms. Schroeder has also litigated environmental and agricultural insurance coverage, environmental liability, county zoning, and other complex litigation matters throughout Illinois and Indiana, representing a wide variety of clients from large corporations to municipalities to private individuals.
