All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Course Description: This six-hour course explores the fundamentals, functions, and applications of hydronic and radiant heating systems for residential and light commercial buildings. The course will focus on various system types and components, their design, the electrification of these systems to reduce carbon emissions, and the proper installation, operation and maintenance techniques.

Learners will be able to describe the sequence of operation for boilers and discuss their energy usage and system applications for comfort heating and domestic hot water.

Learners will be able to explore the advancements in electrification of heating and cooling functions aimed at reducing carbon emissions, including technological hurdles and industry motivations.
