Webinar Instructions

Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Instructions and login information will be provided in an email sent close to the date of the webinar. It is highly recommended that you download, install and test the application before the webinar begins by clicking on the link in the email.

He is the president and CEO of the firm. Over his 18-year career in pavement management, Mr. Golden has worked with over 75 unique public works agencies, specializing in both PAVER and StreetSaver pavement management program projects. JG3 is based out of Heath, Ohio, specializing in providing professional pavement management services for public and private agencies throughout the United States.

The USB Mp3+PDF package includes an Mp3 audio recording of a live seminar on a USB thumb drive along with a PDF file of the manual that was distributed at the seminar. The manual contains written materials prepared by the seminar speaker(s).

The Mp3 audio recording contains embedded number codes, which you are required to document and return to HalfMoon if you wish to obtain a certificate of completion for the program. The acceptance of self-administered continuing education activities varies widely between states and professions. Before undertaking any self-study effort, you should review the rules of your licensing/certifying entity.
