All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 2.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 2.0 continuing education hours for licensed architects in all states that allow this learning method and non-HSW coursework. Associate at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLPMr. Collidge is an Associate in the Construction Group with Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP, based out of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Collidge focuses on construction and government contract matters throughout the United States and represents clients in both state and federal court litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Collidge earned his B.A. at Wake Forest University and his J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Mr. Collidge is a contributor to the firm’s construction blog, constructlaw.com, and is a contact point for the Construction Group Covid-19 Response Team. Before joining the firm he was a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Attorney General’s office.
Loni Hinton
Associate attorney in Stoel Rives’ Construction and Design groupMs. Hinton is licensed to practice in Washington, Alaska, and California. She advises public and private owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and production manufacturers on risk management, contract drafting and negotiation, course of construction disputes, mechanics liens, and construction defect claims. She regularly leverages her legal knowledge and expertise in the construction field to devise practical and cost-effective solutions to the issues facing her clients.
