This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.5 CLE hours, including 1.0 ethics hour, for paralegals. Paralegal certification is not required to participate in this course.
Courses approved for credit by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) are deemed acceptable for Florida Registered Paralegals (Rule 20-6.1).
This course has been approved by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) for 6.5 total CLE credits, which includes 5.5 general credits and 1.0 ethics credit.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Spencer Aronfeld, Esq.
Founder, Aronfeld Trial Lawyers, Coral Gables, FLSpencer Aronfeld was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Aronfeld graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. Upon graduation, he founded his own firm in Coral Gables, Florida. He has dedicated his life to representing individuals against corporate giants, such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Holland America Cruise Lines, the Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, Target, Publix, Walmart, Mt. Sinai Hospital, State Farm Insurance Company, United Automobile Insurance Company, Baptist Health South Florida, South Miami Hospital, and International Airplane Leasing. Mr. Aronfeld earned international recognition after his first jury trial, when an Orlando jury awarded his Uruguayan clients a $100,000 verdict against Walt Disney World. Before trial, Disney had offered his clients only $1,200. That verdict remains one of the largest in a personal injury case against the Mouse and his legal battle was recounted in the book, Disney, the Mouse Betrayed. Mr. Aronfeld graduated from the Trial Lawyer College, a non-profit institution founded and directed by legendary trial lawyer, Gerry Spence in Dubois, Wyoming. Lawyers are admitted by invitation only and learn how to try cases on behalf of the people. Mr. Aronfeld has since returned as part of the faculty and has joined Spence on several of his nationwide book tours. Mr. Aronfeld lectures frequently across the country to both lawyers and law students. William "Bill" P. Galione
Attorney with The Galione Law Firm, P.A., in Gainesville, Florida.William P. Galione has been in practice for more than 25 years. He practices in the areas of child injury, including child abuse and neglect, defective toys and equipment, and pediatric medical malpractice, in addition to personal injury, auto collisions and slip and fall accidents. Mr. Galione is a member of The Florida Bar (former member of Continuing Legal Education Committee, former member of Solo & Small Firm Section, former member of Trial Lawyers Section). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Florida-Warrington College of Business and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida-Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
Carol Goraczko

Ms. Goraczko started her legal career doing medical malpractice defense, and found her home in plaintiffs’ personal injury working with clients who have been catastrophically injured or who have lost a loved one as a result of malpractice. In her more than 15 years of experience doing catastrophic personal injury, she has honed her skills and utilized her tech savviness to create compelling damage presentations that have contributed to the resolution of cases in the eight figures. Ms. Goraczko is the president of the Broward Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida, and a member of the Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section of the Florida Justice Association.
Michael Levine
Shareholder with Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain, P.A., Miami, FLMichael Levine represents people and families across Florida in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain, he was a law clerk to US District Court Judge Paul C. Huck and an associate in the litigation group at Bilzin Sumberg. Mr. Levine graduated, with honors, from the University of Florida and summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During his eight and a half years with STFBC, he has secured over $125 million in recoveries for his clients. Mr. Levine has served on the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, as co-chair of the Personal Injury Committee for the Miami Dade Bar Association and on The Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Committee. Katherine "Kasey" C. Wagner

Peter L. Wechsler, Esq.
