This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.0 PDHs for professional engineers, 6.0 HSW continuing education hours for licensed architects, and 6.0 HSW continuing education hours for landscape architects in all states that allow this learning method. Starting as an intern, she progressed to roles as an inspector, manager, and specialist, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the process. Ms. Morris‘s dedication to professional development is evident in her work. Having provided training to hundreds of contractors and engineers in her previous positions, she is committed to sharing her knowledge and improving industry practices. Course Description: This six-hour course explores the EPA’s regulation of construction activities, explains how to obtain coverage under the Construction General Permit (CGP), discusses the specific technology-based and water quality-based effluent limitations, identifies site inspection and corrective action requirements, and analyzes Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements.
