Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. He received an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Sir J.J. College of Architecture in India and his masters degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon. He has over 25 years of experience in architectural design, project management, business management, and code compliance. Mr. Mokashi is highly respected for his knowledge of the codes, his ability to guide complex projects, his dynamic presentations, and his insightful code seminars.
Code Unlimited is a full-service code consulting firm with the ability to handle projects of varying sizes and complexities with deep knowledge of ICC codes, state adoptions, ADA standards, OSHA regulations, and many NFPA standards. Course Description: This course examines how to establish a buildings classification based on its intended use and occupancy. Classification and use at any given time determines which which codes and requirements apply to the building.

Learners will be able to assess a structure’s fire-resistance-rated construction as determined by it classification and occupancy.

Learners will be able to discuss construction type of classification, including the new mass timber construction.

The Mp3 audio recording contains embedded number codes, which you are required to document and return to HalfMoon if you wish to obtain a certificate of completion for the program. The acceptance of self-administered continuing education activities varies widely between states and professions. Before undertaking any self-study effort, you should review the rules of your licensing/certifying entity.
