Robert Secrest is a highly decorated Public Works and Capital Projects Cost Estimator and executive working throughout Southern California and around the world in the fields of utilities infrastructure, facilities, transportation, heavy civil, rail, bridges, residential, commercial, and military, including asset management and maintenance and operations. His accomplishments include Registered Professional Civil Engineer, P.E., Certified Cost Engineer, C.C.E., Certified Asset Manager, MIAM, and Master of Business Administration (MBA). As the first ever Director of Assets inside a major public works entity, Mr. Secrest leads cost estimating on several remarkable public works infrastructure programs for the U.S. Military, public works departments, and local water districts including several large scale construction projects such as the $150 million Point Loma Fuel Farm Replacement Project, the $8 Billion Westside Purple Line Extension, an Underground Subway Project for LA Metro, and a $3.4 Billion Fire and Police Station Construction Program while stationed in-country during Operation Enduring Freedom in Kabul, Afghanistan, as a Federal Service Medal Recipient.
