Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.
Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Senior Preconstruction Manager for BNBuilders in Seattle, WA
Mr. Watkins has been in the construction industry for approximately 30 years. He started in the single-family residential market sector, which led him into land development and then onto commercial estimating. Mr. Watkins has spent the past 15 years in preconstruction and commercial estimating. He has been a chief estimator and director of preconstruction leading estimating teams and departments. Currently Mr. Watkins is a senior preconstruction manager for BNBuilders in Seattle. He has been fortunate enough to have worked on all procurement types from the typical “hard bid,” Design-build, progressive design-build, GC/CM, and private negotiated GMP for vertical construction projects. Mr. Watkins is the ASPE Northwest Regional Governor and an ASPE CPE.
