The International Code Council has approved this event for .65 CEUs in the specialty area of Administration (Preferred Provider No. 1232).
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Gilbert Egle
Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C., in Centennial, COMr. Egle is a partner at Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C., with over 30 years of experience in the practice of law. He actively represents clients in a wide range of business, litigation and construction matters. His construction practice includes representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in contract drafting and negotiations, mechanic’s liens and verified claims, bond claims, arbitration, and litigation involving claims and other construction issues. Mr. Egle is a frequent speaker on construction topics and for a number of years taught classes to contractors on many aspects of construction contracts.
Grant Jordan
Griffith Davison in Fortworth, TXMr. Jordan is an experienced construction attorney who is well-versed in the business of commercial construction. He has spent two decades working in the construction industry – including time as in-house counsel, private counsel, and in various roles in business and construction operations. Mr. Jordan is one of only a handful of construction attorneys in Texas who has personally managed a commercial construction project as a project manager and project executive. He has been in the field and in the office. Mr. Jordan’s practice at Griffith Davison centers on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, claim analysis and preparation, and lien and bond claims, all with an emphasis on risk avoidance strategy.
Sarah E. Scott
The Chapman Firm in Austin, TXPrior to joining The Chapman Firm, Ms. Scott analyzed and litigated insurance-coverage issues for both carriers and insureds, including determining priority of coverage in complex construction-defect cases. She also has experience handling a variety of cases in insurance defense, including wrongful death, personal injury, and property-damage claims. Ms. Scott has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict. Ms. Scott is a member of the Texas Bar and is admitted to the Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. She earned her B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University.
David Tolin
Cokinos Young in Houston, TXMr. Tolin focuses his practice on the transactional aspects of construction law and routinely assists clients in preparing and negotiating all types of contracts and related project documents. He also counsels clients on business and legal issues that arise during construction projects and helps clients assert and protect their mechanic’s lien and bond rights. Mr. Tolin has represented a variety of clients in construction litigation and has successfully negotiated multiple settlement agreements.
Lyndsey Vicknair
The Chapman Firm in Austin, TXMs. Vicknair began her legal career as a title attorney. Later in her career, Ms. Vicknair established the legal department at a mineral acquisitions company. While there, she worked on various transactional matters within the realm of business, property and employment law. Prior to joining The Chapman Firm, Ms. Vicknair acted as attorney-advisor for the United States Army Corps of Engineers on various construction-related matters. She is a member of the Texas Bar. Ms. Vicknair earned her B.A. degree from Prairie View A&M University, her J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law, LL.M from Southwestern Law School and MLS from the University of Oklahoma.
