Principal Engineer at Marshall University Huntington Campus

Dr. Simonton a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He has over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and compliance. A USMC and US Army veteran, his professional experience includes state regulatory agencies, regional and national engineering firms, and academia – where he is a Professor of Environmental, Safety and Health. Dr. Simonton has served as an expert witness and/or litigation consultant in over 75 cases, and has provided deposition, hearing, and trial testimony in State and Federal Courts.
