This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 3.0 PDHs for professional engineers in most states for whom this subject matter is professionally relevant. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.
This webinar has been approved for 4.0 CLE hours by the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners and by the Iowa Commission on Continuing Legal Education. This webinar has been submitted to the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education for pre-approval, which is currently pending.
This webinar may also qualify for CLE credits in states which do not require course pre-approval and in states which offer CLE reciprocity. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Dan Snyder
Director of Environmental Enforcement Project with Public JusticeMr. Snyder graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2010, Order of the Coif, and has been practicing public interest environmental law ever since. He enforces our nation’s environmental laws against polluters, representing the interests of individuals, local grassroots organizations, and national non-profits. Mr. Snyder’s practice involves actions under the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Comprehensive Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. He is also an experienced public records attorney, litigating Freedom of Information Act lawsuits across the country. When not in the office, he enjoys a round of disc golf, a day on the water, or watching his beloved Oregon Ducks. Mr. Snyder and his wife, Kirsten, are the proud parents of three kids.
Charlie Tebbutt
