All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Speakers
Nicole Lam
Deputy Disciplinary Counsel at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Hawaii Supreme CourtMs. Lam’s responsibilities include investigating and prosecuting ethical violations of the Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct, providing informal verbal opinions, and coordinating and presenting legal education seminars. Previously, Ms. Lam worked at Dentons US LLP, the world’s largest global law firm, where she focused her practice on commercial litigation and real estate transactions. She graduated, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law and received her B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University. Prior to law school, Ms. Lam worked on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Mazie K. Hirono and the U.S. Senate Democratic Leadership.
