Steven H. Everts

Equity Partner at Udall Shumway, PLC

Mr. Everts has practiced law for more than 44 years and has represented and counseled thousands of clients in family law matters. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a board-certified specialist in family law by the Arizona State Bar, and a board certified advocate in family trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Everts is asked to serve frequently as judge and commissioner pro-tem for the Family Law section of the Maricopa County Superior Court where he has served for 20 years. He has been selected for inclusion in Southwest Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America every year from 2010 to present.

David Horowitz

Attorney at Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek in Phoenix

Mr. Horowitz specializes in family law and domestic relations matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody, legal decision making, parenting time, child support, mediation and arbitration. He is also a respected mediator in family law disputes and serves as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Horowitz is a certified family law specialist (Arizona Board of Legal Specialization) and a Super Lawyers honoree. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, serves on the Academy’s board of governors, and chairs its Mediation Committee. He is the current chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization Family Law Advisory Commission and an officer of the State Bar’s Family Law Executive Council. Mr. Horowitz teaches Family Law and Legal Studies at Phoenix College, and he has been an adjunct faculty member at the Phoenix School of Law and Arizona Summit Law School.

Brian S. Kelley

Family law attorney with the firm Ryan Rapp Underwood & Pacheco, PLC, in Phoenix

Mr. Kelley’s practice is primarily focused on divorce and custody litigation, including complex financial issues and business valuation. He also has a background in employee benefits and ERISA representation and litigation. After a six-year enlistment in the U.S. Army as an airborne infantryman and non-commissioned officer, Mr. Kelley completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in 2014. He received his J.D. degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU in 2017.

Jared Sandler

Founder of Parley Family Law Solutions PLC in Phoenix

Mr. Sandler focuses his practice on family law mediation and prenuptial agreements. Mr. Sandler is a certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of Arizona and was recently selected again by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2022 in the field of family law. He has also been selected numerous times for awards from the American Institute of Family Law, including the “Top 40 Under 40,” and the “Ten Best Client Satisfaction Award,” and he has been awarded the designation of “Rising Star” from Super Lawyers for each year since 2016. In July of 2019, Mr. Sandler was voted Phoenix Magazine Readers’ Pick for Best Divorce Lawyer. Mr. Sandler was the 2018 chair for the Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Section, and he facilitated the Family Law Newsletter and continuing legal education seminars to educate attorneys on family law issues.

Kathleen Stillman

Kathleen Stillman Associate at Fromm Smith & Gadow, PC in Phoenix

Ms. Stillman’s practice is limited to family law litigation, mediation and appellate matters. She became a certified specialist in family law in July 2021. Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2013, Ms. Stillman graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. degree in Elementary and Special Education in 1995 and the University of Wyoming Law School in 2001. Ms. Stillman serves on the Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Board, is a court appointed advisor, regularly provides pro bono legal services through the CLS Volunteer Lawyers Program, and serves as a judge pro tem. She has been recognized at the Arizona State Bar Convention as a recipient of the Top Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona award.

Gregg R. Woodnick

Managing attorney at Woodnick Law, PLLC in Phoenix

Mr. Woodnick is a former adjunct law professor, and he has lectured for Yale University, Midwestern College of Osteopathic Medicine, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. Mr. Woodnick has also served as a faculty member, guest lecturer and trainer at forums throughout Arizona involving the Title 8 Registry, safe-haven, court appointed advisors and polices impacting child abuse and neglect litigation.
