This webinar offers 7.0 PDHs to professional engineers and 7.0 continuing education hours to architects in states that allow non-HSW coursework.

Mr. Farrar focuses his practice on drafting construction, engineering and architectural agreements, as well as service and operation-related contracts and oilfield transactions. He represents clients in a wide range of sophisticated and complex project development matters related to commercial, energy, oil and gas, power, renewable, manufacturing, chemical, pipeline, offshore, and infrastructure. Having served as in-house counsel for international engineering and construction companies, Mr. Farrar is a trusted advisor and consultant on the development of construction projects by leading clients through the development and negotiation of project documents. He has significant experience on a broad range of transactions throughout the entire project cycle – from selection of the proper delivery system through punch list completion. Kyle R. Hardwick

Mr. Hardwick is a construction and energy law attorney. From nuclear power plants to windfarms, bridges to roads and dams, Mr. Hardwick has solved problems for a wide range of parties, including private and public owners, contractors, subcontractors, and nonprofit organizations. He regularly drafts and negotiates construction, design, supply chain, and procurement contracts for parties across the construction spectrum. Mr. Hardwick litigates construction and real estate cases in state and federal courts and has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and mediations.
Jennifer A. Thompson
Partner at TTLO Law in Edina, MN
Ms. Thompson has been practicing construction and real estate law her entire legal career. Her work includes multi-party construction litigation as well as multi-party, multi-tier transactional work, including contract negotiation and drafting. Her legal practice involves assisting clients on bidding, contracting, and claims prosecution for both public and private projects. This work involves such matters as advising and counseling clients on issues of government contracting, including procurement and government regulations. Ms. Thompson has experience in surety work, mechanic’s lien claims, construction defects, and construction contract disputes. She is the legal advisor to the Association of Women Contractors (AWC) and takes great pride in her work representing women-owned construction businesses in matters relating to WBE, DBE, and MBE certifications, as well as other construction and business matters. Ms. Thompson currently serves as the Treasurer of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). She is the chair of the MSBA Membership Committee and a member of the MSBA Council and Assembly. Ms. Thompson is also a past-chair of the Construction Law Section of the MSBA.
