Speakers
Joseph Iliff, CBO
Building & Zoning Director for Village of Swansea, IllinoisMr. Iliff has been a building official, building inspector, and city planner for more than 25 years, serving cities in Indiana, Texas, Missouri, and Illinois. He earned an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University. Mr. Iliff holds certifications as a residential building inspector, building official, city planner, and floodplain manager. He has taught classes on the residential, building, and property maintenance codes with a focus on preparing students for certification exams and effective administration.
