Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

This course is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.5 PDHs for professional engineers and land surveyors in Maryland. HalfMoon Education Inc. is an approved educational provider for engineers and land surveyors in Maryland.
This course has been approved by the Maryland Insurance Administration for 7.0 credit hours in the category of Title. This approval only applies to the live presentation; on-demand format is not approved.
This course offers a 6.5-hour non-credit learning opportunity to Maryland attorneys.
HalfMoon Education is an approved CLE provider for Pennsylvania attorneys (No. 1613). This course offers 6.0 CLE hours to Pennsylvania attorneys. Michael B. Davis
Professional Land Surveyor with Dewberry
Mr. Davis is a professional land surveyor in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, with over 30 years of experience. This varied experience includes small individual boundary surveys, surveys for both commercial and residential land development projects, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and surveys for long range transportation projects, including rail and highway. In addition, Mr. Davis is an adjunct faculty professor at the Community College of Baltimore County in the Surveying/ Civil Engineering program. Classes taught include Elementary Surveying, Survey Computations, Topographic Mapping, Sediment Control and Hydrology, and Storm Drain Design. In 2016, Mr. Davis was awarded the Russell E. Lowman Memorial Educational award from the Maryland Society of Surveyors for his contribution to the education of surveyors.
