Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Ms. Birnbaum began practicing law in Broward County, Florida exclusively in the area of marital and family law approximately 27 years ago. She is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. There are only 30 Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorneys in Broward County, Florida as of 2021. Marital and Family Law Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. In addition to her certification as a specialist in marital and family law, she became Certified as a Family Law Mediator in 2006 and has mediated extensively since that time. She completed the training for Collaborative Law and began handling Collaborative Divorces in 2019. She also served as a Guardian Ad Litem from approximately 1990 – 2010.

One of her passions is helping families and children through life’s difficult situations.
