Jill E. Brittle is the owner and lead attorney at Jill Brittle Family Law Group P.C. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she discovered her interest in family law. During her last year, she clerked for the Attorney General at the Department of Justice in the Family Law Section. While there, she appeared in court on behalf of the State of Oregon in cases involving the termination of parental rights, child support enforcement, and mental health issues. Ms. Brittle took the litigation skills she acquired at DOJ and has now developed expertise representing families as they transition through divorce and as they modify their agreements post-divorce or post-separation. Ms. Brittle also provides her services pro bono as a court-appointed attorney for children in high conflict cases.

Jennifer Brown is an associate attorney with LaMont Law in Salem, Oregon. She focuses her practice on family law and personal injury. Ms. Brown has been a member of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section Executive Committee since 2015, serving as chair in 2018. She has also been on the Annual Conference Planning Committee since 2015, including chairing the 2017 annual conference. Ms. Brown has also been a member of the board of directors for the Marion County Bar Association since 2018 and serves as the chair of the Social Committee. She was named one of the “Top 10 Under 40” for Oregon by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2017.

Sandra M. Faber, the founder of Faber Family Law, helps families through crisis and transition, including divorce, child custody, and restraining order matters. She received her juris doctorate degree from the University of Oregon College of Law. During law school, Ms. Faber externed for the Honorable Susan Svetkey and developed a passion for family law. After obtaining extensive experience in Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah counties, she opened her own practice. Ms. Faber also represents children in contested divorces pro bono through the Multnomah County program and is a Clackamas County Bar Association board member.

C.J. Graves, a partner at Graves & Swanson LLC, has spent his career as a litigator and a trial attorney. He has served as first chair in numerous trials, including high-conflict cases relating to dissolution, domestic violence, parenting time, custody, and division of property. Mr. Graves has handled legal issues involving jurisdictional challenges, high-asset divorces, tax implications, and complex matters involving marital estate finance, including the separation of businesses, retirement accounts, pensions, and spousal support. He also handles tort cases representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, survivors of sexual assault, and plantiffs in wrongful death actions.

Erin K. Morris is an associate attorney at Elizabeth Christy Law Firm, PLLC, and she has practiced exclusively in the area of family law litigation for the past seven years. She has represented clients in all manner of Oregon family law litigation including divorce, high-asset division, complex business appraisal and annuity valuation litigation, legal separation, custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support, prenuptial agreements, relocation with minor children, parentage and paternity cases and third-party or grandparent rights cases under Oregon Revised Statute 109.119. Ms. Morris has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2017-2019 and also received the 2017-2019 “10 Best” Attorney award for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.

Shelly K. Perkins is the owner and primary lead attorney at Perkins Law, LLC, a general law practice specializing in family law, criminal law, mediation services, employment law, business contract law, and estate planning. Her specialty in family law has seen her through the filing of hundreds of domestic relations cases and thousands of hours in the courtroom. Ms. Perkins has also worked as a deputy district attorney. She is an Oregon native, a graduate of Portland State University, a graduate of Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, and member of the Oregon State Bar since 1997.
