Marissa Del Mauro is a senior associate at Lyons & Associates, P.C., where she practices in the field of family law. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Vassar College, and received her J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Del Mauro enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C., of the Warren County Superior Court, Family Part, now the Presiding Judge of the Family Part for Vicinage 13. During her clerkship, she was responsible for various family matters, including matrimonial, non-dissolution, domestic violence and juvenile cases. She also regularly mediated custody, parenting time, and child support for non-dissolution cases. Prior to joining Lyons & Associates, P.C., Ms. Del Mauro worked for a law firm in the Morris County area as where she focused primarily on the practice of family law.

Mollie F. Hartman Lustig is Of Counsel at Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC. She practices civil law with a focus on employment, governmental and family law. Ms. Lustig represents family clients in separation and divorce matters, custody issues, child support/alimony, paternity and adoption matters, etc. She also focuses on employment matters for governmental entities, as well as employers and employees, and she represents municipal building departments in connection with the enforcement of Uniform Construction Code violations, litigation, county appeals board hearings and imposition of liens for tenant relocation and emergency repairs. Before joining CLMC, Ms. Lustig was an associate with a New Jersey firm handling civil litigation focusing on labor and employment matters. Prior to her employment-related work, Ms. Lustig was a sole practitioner in Warren, New Jersey, focusing on a wide variety of family law matters.

Valerie Jules McCarthy is counsel in Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, P.C.’s Family Law practice. She handles a variety of family matters involving marital dissolutions, spousal support, equitable distribution of property, civil union dissolutions, post-marital disputes, child custody, child support, domestic violence issues and guardianships. Ms. McCarthy received her BA degree from Lehigh University and her J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth J. Grispin, P.J., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Union County. Prior to joining Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, Ms. McCarthy was a family law associate at a boutique law firm in Essex County, New Jersey. She has been admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars.

Jasmine Brown Seabrooks is an associate in Epstein Ostrove, LLC’s Family Law Department. She concentrates her practice on representing clients on issues regarding divorce, premarital agreements, equitable distribution, cohabitation, child custody, parenting time, and relocation. She also has experience in post-judgment matters and appeals. In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Seabrooks represents clients in criminal and municipal legal proceedings. Utilizing her experience from family law in dealing with sensitive issues, she has also represented children and their guardians in civil litigation matters against municipalities and private institutions in matters of negligent hiring and supervision and New Jersey’s Anti-Bullying Statute. Ms. Seabrooks has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star for the years 2020 and 2021. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Tremain L. Stanley is a member with Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s Family Law Group, where she provides more than 20 years of experience as both a litigator and a mediator. She is regularly called upon by individuals engaged in family and matrimonial disputes to mediate and to help negotiate, settle and enforce agreements involving divorce, child support and custody, alimony and domestic violence. In 2015, Ms. Stanley participated in the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Domestic Violence Pilot Program, which sought to explore the possibility of economic mediation in disputes in which there is a final restraining order. Ms. Stanley received her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, J.S.C. (retired) of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Chancery Division, Family Part.

Robert M. Zaleski is a partner of The Law Offices of Paone Zaleski & Murphy. His practice focuses on all areas related to divorce and family matters, including custody issues, alimony, child support, division of assets and domestic violence. A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to mediation. Mr. Zaleski is certified by the Supreme Court as a matrimonial law attorney and previously served on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge’s Family Lawyers’ Committee. He is also a member of the Family Law Legal Clinic, Women Helping Women program. Mr. Zaleski is active in the Somerset County, Middlesex County and New Jersey State bar associations. He has served as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District VIII Ethics Committee. He has received numerous awards, including the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award, and has been named a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters for the years 2005-2019.
