If you attempt to resume watching the video on a separate device, your progress will not be saved.

Continuing Education Credit Information
This seminar is open to the public and offers 7.0 PDHs to professional engineers and 7.0 HSW continuing education hours to architects in most states, including Pennsylvania. Educators and courses are not subject to pre-approval in Pennsylvania.
The American Institute of Architects has approved this seminar for 7.0 HSW Learning Units. Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES.
Engineers and architects seeking continuing education credit in other states will be able to apply the hours earned at this seminar, in most cases. Refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.
The International Code Council has approved this event for .7 CEUs in the specialty area of Building.
This course offers a non-credit continuing education opportunity to construction contractors. It has not been approved by any contractor licensing entity for mandatory continuing education credit.
Attendance will be monitored and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Jeffrey Gentile
Upper Darby TownshipDirector of Licenses & Inspection for Upper Darby Township
Mr. Gentile grew up in the Drexel Hill section of Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania, where he still resides. He studied engineering at Albright College and Penn State University and earned a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He is also a Pennsylvania licensed professional engineer. Mr. Gentile currently serves as the director of Licenses and Inspection and Community Development for Upper Darby Township, a position he has held for more than 20 years. He is a certified Pennsylvania UCC plan reviewer and inspector in multiple disciplines including building, accessibility, plumbing, mechanical and energy codes.
