This seminar is open to the public and offers up to 6.0 HSW (Public Protection) continuing education hours to architects and 6.0 PDHs to professional engineers in all states. Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in West Virginia.

This seminar is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.0 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885).

President and Principal-in-Charge, BFMJ Structural Engineers

President and Principal-in-Charge, BFMJ Structural EngineersMr. Buell has served as both president and principal-in-charge of BFMJ Structural Engineers for over 33 years. During this time he has worked in almost every area of structural engineering with responsibilities including design engineer, project manager, construction administrator, commercial and residential inspector and historic consultant for thousands of projects. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Consulting Engineers Council of Kentucky, Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers, and the Kentucky Board of Housing, Building and Construction. Mr. Buell’s past president/past chairman for the Structural Engineer’s Association of Kentucky. He has served on multiple committees and subcommittees for the Kentucky Building Code Review since 1995 and is the past Kentucky State representative to the National Council of Structural Engineers.
