Mr. Dennen is an associate in the firm’s Environmental Law Group. He has experience in all areas of toxic tort and environmental law, and he has been involved in all stages of litigation in complex multi-party matters in both federal and state courts. Mr. Dennen concentrates his practice in pursuing and defending complex environmental matters, such as claims involving underground storage tanks, soil and groundwater contamination, diminution in value to property, economic and non-economic damages, cleanup and response costs, natural resource damages and physical and psychological injuries. He also has experience serving as plaintiff’s counsel in toxic tort matters. Mr. Dennen received his J.D. degree from the Rutgers School of Law – Camden, where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Dryer is the regional managing partner of the Philadelphia office. He has tried numerous product liability, aviation, railroad, toxic tort, general liability, employment, professional indemnity and insurance coverage actions to verdict. Mr. Dryer’s range as a litigator also extends to cases involving recreational, industrial and pharmaceutical products, as well as premises liability claims and contractual disputes. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; in U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; in U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits; and in U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dryer received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University. He has been included in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, 2010 – 2014.

Mr. Gibbs is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department. He focuses his practice on trademark, patent, and copyright prosecution, enforcement, and litigation; internet domain and social media infringement and cybersquatting issues; and intellectual property transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gibbs worked for the U.S. Department of Defense in the Medical Division. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Philadelphia University and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law.

Ms. Horn is an accomplished attorney with comprehensive experience in client representation and litigation. She built her practice representing owners, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in matters arising from public and private projects. Ms. Horn regularly analyzes construction contracts to evaluate clients’ exposure and to ensure adequate insurance and dispute resolution provisions and procurement and escalation clauses. She has extensive experience representing clients with claims for delay, inefficiency, disruption, and out-of-sequence work. She frequently evaluates situations as they are developing, assisting clients with change order analysis, documenting delays, default, termination, and other typical issues that may result in a claim.

Mr. Siegel focuses his practice in the areas of cyber and technology risks, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage. He also co-chairs the firm’s Privacy, Data and Cybersecurity Industry Team and is a member of the Technology Committee. Mr. Siegel has represented a wide variety of clients, including insurers, contractors, product manufacturers, and individuals, and he concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters, including prosecuting and defending first and third party insurance coverage claims, construction claims, and commercial disputes. Mr. Siegel received his J.D. degree from Temple University.

Ms. Testa focuses her legal practice on insurance coverage and defense litigation as well as risk management services in the areas of professional liability; construction/construction defects; general liability; product liability; contract drafting, negotiating and disputes; and employment practices. She has also litigated matters alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and advised clients on best practices in this area of the law. Ms. Testa is experienced in the defense of architects, engineers and surveyors and is a member of the firm’s design professional practice. She performs contract review and drafting services for design professionals and engages in contract negotiations on behalf of these clients. Ms. Testa received her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
