She has managed and designed numerous public and private investments, including Rivers Casino and Three Rivers Park in Pittsburgh, Intercontinental Exchange Headquarters in Atlanta, and 12th & Midtown in Atlanta. Working primarily in the urban context, Ms. Ilkin has extensive experience in integrating functional and desirable outdoor amenity spaces within and over large structures, applying specialized knowledge of green roofs, hardscape materials and methods, and complex detailing and construction. She received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Meyer is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction team. He has extensive experience in construction contract drafting and litigation. Mr. Meyer has represented government entities, business owners, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors in civil disputes and lien claims. He also represents political subdivisions by assisting in a variety of issues including regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, property acquisitions and condemnation. Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Mr. Meyer practiced in Atlanta, Georgia for eight years. He represented various entities and individuals in pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, throughout the litigation process and arbitration. In addition, he assisted with multiple cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia that have resulted in the enforcement of certain limitation of liability clauses for design professionals performing services in the State of Georgia. Mr. Meyer was named a Georgia Rising Star from 2014-2016 and a Great Plains Rising Star from 2017-2021 by Super Lawyers. He earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. 

Eberly & Associates, AtlantaMr. Reed serves as a project manager and civil engineer for Eberly & Associates on wide range of commercial and industrial projects. He has served in this capacity on over 5.5 million square feet of industrial, distribution and manufacturing facilities in metro-Atlanta. Mr. Reed is a professional engineer in the State of Georgia and a 2007 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BS in Civil Engineering Technology. He is an active member of SAME and NAIOP in Atlanta.

While serving as a National Park Ranger, he obtained his J.D. degree as a 1986 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia. Mr. Stack began his legal career representing Lloyd’s of London in environmental matters and then as assistant regional counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Stack & Associates, P.C. has five attorneys practicing in offices in Atlanta and Savannah and handling water pollution, zoning, forestry, hazardous and solid waste, stormwater, wilderness preservation, coastal development, and land use law.
