Recognized in multiple practice areas, Mr. Moran has distinguished himself as an accomplished litigator. He regularly represents consumers and commercial organizations, including industrial product manufacturers, retailers, and insurers. In addition to his Minnesota trial work he has built a strong national reputation for defending clients involving playground equipment, disposable lighters, farm machinery and drill presses as well as class action lawsuits brought against insurance companies. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota and Nebraska, the US Court of Appeals for the 7th and 8th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Moran is a frequent lecturer and author for continuing education programs and seminars throughout the state. He is a former associate editor and contributing author for Minnesota Defense (the publication of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association). Mr. Moran earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law.
