Todd Wagner has 35 years of experience in Stormwater and Environmental Engineering. He was the Stormwater Manager for the City of Springfield, Missouri for 23 years and has also worked with Springfield City Utilities, private consulting and the USGS Water Resources Division. Mr. Wagner currently operates Wagner & Associates, LLC, a firm specializing in stormwater planning, engineering, and expert services. His experience includes management of an MS4 Phase 1 permit, oversight of development of the Springfield Stormwater Design Criteria Manual and engineering or managing nearly $100M in stormwater capital improvements. Mr. Wagner holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Hydrology and Hydraulics from the University of Missouri School of Science and Technology and holds an MBA. He is a registered engineer in Missouri, a Certified Floodplain Manager, has held other stormwater certifications, and has developed stormwater training and testing. Mr. Wagner is also an Instructor in the Missouri State University cooperative engineering program with Missouri S&T. He mixes a sound technical foundation with practical experiences sprinkled with the lighter side of the industry to make for an informative, useful, and enjoyable learning experience.
