Mr. Ivanov has over 20 years of forensic engineering and structural design experience with parking garages, multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare facilities, stadiums, and bridges. His current focus is on forensic building investigations, fac?ade evaluations, condition appraisals, corrosion-related deterioration, masonry and concrete repair, as well as building leakage evaluations. Areas of expertise include damage assessments, construction defect analysis, and structural repair design. Mr. Ivanov also has extensive experience in litigation support, expert witness testimony and deposition services.
