Mr. Stoepker practices in the areas of real estate, construction, and commercial and business litigation. He is experienced in real estate development and litigation; woodlands, wetlands, land use, and zoning; condemnations; drafting of construction contracts; and litigation and arbitration of construction disputes. Author of several articles on land use issues, Mr. Stoepker is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. He is a former member of the American Arbitration Association’s Construction Section Advisory Board.
