Mr. Thomson is the founder and partner at Big Oak Consulting, LLC., a consulting company that was created so that Mr. Thomson and his partner, Mr. Pete Herrera could bring their extensive careers of experience in safety management and leadership to companies both large and small who suffer from stalled or negative culture aspects. Mr. Thomson has spent over 30 years working in above ground and underground utilities transmission and distribution infrastructure operations and administration, vertical building trades and materials testing. Having worked within both healthy and ill corporate safety cultures, he has developed a unique skill set as a passionate evaluator and builder of positive and sustainable corporate culture, Mr. Thomson has worked tirelessly through his career as a change facilitator for C suite executives seeking measurable results through program evaluation, cultural navigation or establishment, program correction and ultimately sustainability through consistent leadership.
