Focusing in the area of construction law and business and commercial litigation, he is admitted to both the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations. A cum laude graduate of the Citadel, he served six years in the SCARNG as an armor officer. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina in 1992. Mr. Dudley is a member of the ABA Construction Law Forum, The South Carolina Bar (Past chairman, Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section and member of the Construction Law Section) as well as a member of the Greenville County Bar Association. Always aware that there hasn’t been a case he couldn’t lose, Mr. Dudley welcomes the opportunity to present his clients’ cases in court and in arbitration. He is a big advocate of mediation and believes a well-prepared case for trial puts his clients in a position to get the most favorable settlement. A self-admitted construction geek, he considers himself blessed to have found a wonderful group of people to work with and an area of law that he loves.
