Suzanne Kusik

Ms. Kusik, P.E., C.B.O., is a California-licensed civil engineer and ICC-certified building official with over 20 years’ building and safety, and community development work experience with various Southern California cities and counties. She has extensive experience working with architects, engineers, developers, contractors and homeowners throughout the plan review, permitting and inspection processes. Ms. Kusik has participated on various state and local code committees for over 10 years, and she has written numerous local code amendments, policies and interpretations. Her strong knowledge of building codes and regulations has made her a recognized code expert among local building inspectors, architects, engineers, city planners and contractors.
