With a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, and a subsequent master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and Surveying, he brings over a decade of industry experience. His career spans roles with Kiewit, Civil West Engineering, and the City of Coos Bay, culminating in his current position as the owner and operator of Estabrook Land Surveying.
