Mr. Stuckey primarily represents business owners and design professionals in commercial matters and litigation. He is a registered civil mediator. Mr. Stuckey’s practice is focused in the areas of construction, employment, insurance defense, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is admitted to the Indiana Bar Association and admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, United States District Court (Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana) and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Stuckey earned his B.A. degree from Purdue University and his J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School.
