Ms. Stigliano’s current role, she is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing key financial and strategic analysis for the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Operations, focusing on the successful delivery of projects to achieve company performance goals, and identifying and implementing best practices in project management, reporting, and technical delivery.
Prior to her tenure at STV, She held several positions at AECOM, including Director of Operations for Metro New York. Ms. Stigliano extensive experience spans all infrastructure markets in both regional and national roles, including Project and Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. An Operational Excellence enthusiast, she has led key initiatives to drive cross-business unit collaboration, increase synergies, reduce inefficiencies, and enable investments for business growth.
Ms. Stigliano is an active industry leader and advocate. She co-founded the Young Professionals Committee with the New York Building Congress and has served on their board of directors. Ms. Stigliano currently serves on the board of directors for Professional Women in Construction (PWC) NY Chapter. Committed to fostering the next generation of industry professionals, she serves on the advisory board of the Columbia University Center for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Public Spaces. Additionally, she teaches “Industry Field Studies in Project Management” at Columbia Engineering, focusing on both Traditional and Agile Project Management methodologies.
Ms. Stigliano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from La Sapienza University. She also earned a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management, as well as an Executive MBA from Columbia University. Ms. Stigliano is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and a Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA).
