Mr. Wallace is the founder and managing attorney of the Florida real estate and business law firm, The Wallace Law Group, P.L. The Wallace Law Group, P.L. has office in Boynton Beach, Florida. Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Syracuse University College of Law. While at the Syracuse University College of Law, Mr. Wallace was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and Member of the National Tax Moot Court Team. Mr. Wallace is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the State of Texas, and the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Federal Bankruptcy Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wallace is an approved title agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company. He has 20 years of legal experience in the State of Florida. Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Wallace was a corporate securities associate at a large law firm in Dallas, Texas. While in Dallas, Mr. Wallace represented private equity firms and pensions funds in domestic and offshore investments and represented publicly traded companies in mergers and acquisitions and securities regulatory filings. Prior to founding The Wallace Law Group, Mr. Wallace worked in the commercial real estate and banking section of the largest law firm in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he handled complex business and real estate transactions, financings, and commercial litigation for some of Florida’s largest real estate developers, corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. He now applies his experience and skills to achieving results for corporations, businesses and individuals in an efficient and cost-effective manner in residential and commercial real estate, small business general counsel and corporate securities law, bankruptcy, foreclosure litigation, landlord-tenant matters, commercial litigation and trademark and copyright matters. In August 2012, Mr. Wallace became Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar whereby the Florida Bar recognizes Mr. Wallace as an expert in Florida Real Estate Law.
