Mr. Sorisio has extensive experience representing design professionals, owners, and contractors in contract review and negotiations, risk management, construction litigation, arbitration, mediation and fee collection matters. He also advises clients on corporate structuring, business formation and professional licensure matters. Mr. Sorisio has represented clients in litigation arising out of projects for the construction of educational facilities; professional and collegiate stadiums, arenas and athletic facilities, municipal water treatment improvement projects, industrial waste disposal facilities; and commercial development projects. Mr. Sorisio has also secured mechanics liens on behalf of architects and contractors throughout western Pennsylvania.
